Fun at the Fair

This past weekend was Selkirk Fair and Rodeo. Friday brought the grandkids (and their parents) to Selkirk for Children's Day and the annual Friday night Demolition Derby. We had a great time. It poured rain at 4:00 and then we wandered down to the grounds. The boys went on a couple of rides, which they enjoyed. Devin loved riding the cars, seems he has expensive taste in vehicles (look out dad) as the only car he would drive was the blue corvette. We also went to the petting zoo. They allowed you right in with the animals, so I took Devin in with the chickens, ducks, bunnies, goats, little pigs, etc. He loved it. Ian petted from the outside of the pen. He was sooooo excited with the animals. They really did have a great time. Hopefully next year, they both will have a good time and be able to ride lots of rides. They are surely keeping us busy and on our toes. Ian has started to talk some. Says a few things, and Devin is non stop. Smart as a whip that boy. Picks up all sorts of stuff that you don't expect. Cracks me up. They both love to play outside, too bad the mosquitos are so plentiful. It really makes it difficult for them to enjoy themselves. Ian is the clown and the climber, and he loves to tease his brother. They are such precious little boys, and I can't express in words the love and joy I feel for them. My heart feels so big and full of love that at anytime it may explode!!!!! That's how wonderful it feels.....................

I have attached some photos from the fair. Hope you all enjoy.
